We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s new, spacious, and very clean. The household appliances are modern and of excellent quality. The location is also great — there are shops nearby, a huge mall, IKEA, and lots of cafés. There’s even a beach within walking distance, although it was still closed during our visit. One of the highlights was a beautiful nearby Buddhist temple — a peaceful and scenic spot worth visiting. The neighborhood is excellent and definitely worth spending 2–3 days exploring. The only downside is the distance to the city center — it takes about 50 minutes by metro.

The location is also convenient. 5 mins drive away from Lotte World, Lotte outlet and Lotte Mall, and 3 mins drive away from IKEA. There many restaurants, convenient stores and coffee shops around the area so you don't have to go farther. It's also 20 to 30 mins drive from the famous Haeundae Beach and Busan Outlet. I would recommend this hotel and if there's a chance, we would like to come back and stay in this hotel again.

We enjoyed the convenience of smart home though taking a bit of time to understand it in the beginning. Quiet place and quite far from CBD but we managed to find great food in the neighbourhood.
